The Louisey Rider Cup is an annual roller derby tournament put on by Nottingham Roller Derby to celebrate the life of our teammate Louise Wright, aka Louisey Rider #66, who was sadly taken from us in a cycling accident in 2014. The annual event has made over £13,000 for road safety charity Brake and has become a key part of the roller derby calendar.

Structure

The tournament is made up of 9 half hour games – 6 group games and 3 deciders.

DAY TIMINGS

The first game will start at 9.50am.

The final is due to end at 5pm.

SAFE SPACE

We are committed to making LRC a safe space for everyone involved. With this in mind, we retain the right to refuse skater tickets or entry to anyone we feel may threaten this.

Furthermore we reserve the right to remove people from both parts of the event if their conduct jeopardises the safety and well-being of attendees.
