Interested in becoming a Skating Official (referee)?
If you like rules and regulations, ensuring they get followed (in addition to skating), then maybe you’d enjoy this! All genders are welcome. We’ll run you through all the skating basics, teach you the specific skills needed to become a ref and help you with learning the rules. Referees will need to start on a learn to skate session if you don’t have previous skating experience. Please email in to join@nottsrollerderby.co.uk
Interested in becoming a Non Skating Official (NSO)?
These are our ‘non-skating officials’ and they are vital to the running of any derby event. Maybe you like the look of the sport and want to get involved in the social side of things but don’t really fancy skating. Our team of NSOs travel the country officiating at games featuring some of the country’s best skaters. You get to be part of a valued team on game days, get to see games for free, get to be much closer to the action and generally have a great time doing it. Just email in to join@nottsrollerderby.co.uk
