It’s the start of our 12 week training programme again. From the 7th of January we’ll be taking in a new batch of potential roller derby stars.

Mondays 7-9pm Sherwood E-Act academy, Gedling, NG4 4HX
On Mondays we do an hour of structured training, followed by an hour of freestyle skating to practice those moves.

Sundays 12-2pm SNC Active Sports Centre, Bulwell, NG6 9FH
On Sundays we do skills and drills, where we put the skating skills into action.
